Terms And Conditions

  1. Customer support: We provide ongoing customer support by email - and telephone/video conferencing support by pre-scheduled appointment with your account manager. We operate a ‘fair and reasonable’ standard of time spent on customer support. If a customers’ demands for support become excessive, we will discuss this with the customer. If this cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.
  2. Payments are charged monthly from the date of sign up. The first monthly payment is by credit card. All future payments are by direct debit set on either of the following dates: 1st, 8th 18th. Card payments will continue automatically until a direct debit mandate is completed. We request that you complete your direct debit mandate as part of the onboarding process and within 30 days of your agreement starting. If a direct debit mandate is not completed within 30 days and payments continue on credit card, a 5% surcharge will be added to card payments.
  3. We will work with you to maximise the effectiveness of your internet marketing. The Internet Agency is not responsible for the results you achieve, which is a combination of multiple factors including your effective management of leads and enquiries.
  4. The client understands that cancellation of their direct debit agreement covering the services being provided is a breach of this agreement and will result in immediate suspension of services and the return of all materials to The Internet Agency.
  5. Refunds for some or all payments made are not permitted under any circumstances including business downturn, closure of business, ill health, or family issues. You are free to cancel this agreement anytime and you agree not to pursue any back dated refund, or indemnity claims against The Internet Agency. You will be responsible for any legal costs and expenses for both parties.
  6. Late payments: If payments are more than 30 days in arrears, we reserve the right to cancel this agreement and suspend all services immediately.
  7. Termination terms; Google Ads and Private Client Partnership; Either party can terminate these agreements with 30 days notice. Social Media and Online Marketing Partnership; We are making a considerable upfront investment in our relationship with this programme, if you cancel within 12 months of this agreement, all materials including, web pages, training material, courses, videos, copy and Intellectual Property associated with them will be returned to The Internet Agency.
  8. Our team only wants to work with business owners who are a pleasure to work with. We reserve the right to cancel this agreement with anyone who does not meet this criteria. The Internet Agency takes the wellbeing of its team members very seriously and we have a zero-tolerance policy for our team to be communicated to in an unpleasant or aggressive way, either verbally or in writing. Should this occur, the client will receive written notice that any repeat of such behaviour will result in immediate termination of our relationship. Should this occur, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
  9. The Internet Agency provides an internet marketing service for a competitive price. The Internet Agency is not insuring or underwriting your chosen business model. You acknowledge that internet services are inherently subject to technical failures and disruptions from time to time. • The Internet Agency will not be liable in any way for fines, penalties, taxes, exemplary/aggravated/ punitive damages, liquidated damages, indirect/consequential losses (including loss of contract, loss of production, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost opportunity costs, and/or other loss not arising naturally and directly according to the usual course of things) or legal costs and expenses (except reasonable legal costs awarded by a court) arising from the subject matter of this Agreement; and (b) The maximum liability of The Internet Agency to you is the lesser of:- (i) the sum of Setup Fees and Management Fees you have paid to The Internet Agency, or (ii) the cost of re-supplying the online advertising services ; or (iii) the cost of rectifying the online advertising problem which has caused your loss.
  10. The Internet Agency undertakes that it shall not at any time during this agreement disclose to any person any confidential information concerning the business or affairs of the Client, except as permitted by clause 1.2. 1.2 The Internet Agency may disclose the Client’s confidential information: (a) to its employees, officers, representatives, or advisers who need to know such information for the purposes of exercising The Internet Agency’s rights or carrying out its obligations under or in connection with this agreement. The Internet Agency shall ensure that its employees, officers, representatives, or advisers to whom it discloses the other party’s confidential information comply with this clause; and (b) as may be required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory authority. 1.3 The Internet Agency shall not use the Client’s confidential information for any purpose other than to exercise its rights and fulfil its obligations under or in connection with this agreement.
  11. During and after this agreement, you will not directly or indirectly make any statement or comment or publish/share any blog or social media post, about us, our business, its owner Chris Cardell, or our team members which is likely to damage our reputation (or that of our business, Chris Cardell and team members).
  12. Membership of the VIP Inner Circle is a bonus gift and is not part of the programme. This bonus may be withdrawn at any time.
